Description

This Special is a compilation of short pieces that explore wellbeing in HE from three key angles: a) Students; b) Academic staff; and c) Educational developers. The aim is to draw upon the knowledge, expertise and experiences from our contributors to ultimately provide insight and guidance on how we can best support staff and students to achieve their work-life balance and subsequent wellbeing equilibrium. In addition, since topics surrounding mental health in HE are not new, we hope that the extensive reference list at the end of this document will be a valuable resource.
