I am passionate about inclusion in Higher Education. I am committed to enabling colleagues to think critically about our individual and collective impacts on our students’ learning experiences, and to creating an environment where we can learn with and from each other through a shared vision and a value-based, scholarship- and evidence-informed concern for learning.
Across my career as a physiotherapist, educator, educational developer and senior leader, I have promoted and supported critical practice enquiry in all its shapes and forms. Collaboration and networking frame my practice: I review and external examine widely and have been an HEA/AdvanceHE Accreditor since 2007.
