Fiona, with over two decades of experience in higher education, has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her research focuses on digital education and academic practice. Fiona has dedicated many years to supporting the continuous professional development (CPD) of academic staff within a Centre for Teaching and Learning. Additionally, she promotes practitioner-based research in the Irish educational technology community, and the supporting the integration of scholarship of teaching and learning findings into teaching practice.
