Dr Jenny Lawrence, AFSEDA, PFHEA, NTF is the Head of the Teaching Excellence Academy at the University of Hull. She has driven multiple change initiatives in HEIs across the 4 nations, with a specific focus on creating a HE environment inclusive to staff and students from groups under represented in HE. Her research interest include wellbeing in HE, academic and educational leadership.
