Jo is Head of Educational Development at Roehampton University. She leads a team of educational developers who deliver a wide range of professional development activities for academic and professional services staff, including the Advance HE accredited CPD Framework, ENHANCE and a wider CPD programme. Jo is involved in cross-institutional agendas such as pedagogic innovation, staff development and inclusive practice and a number of international pedagogic projects. Jo is external examiner for the PG Cilt at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and for the Advance HE-accredited scheme, FLAIR at University of Reading.
