Ros has been involved in educational development for many years, spanning a variety of roles including leading digital education at the University of Bristol, being an Assistant Director of the Economics Network (subject centre for Economics), and leading on teaching development schemes at the University of Gloucestershire and UWE.
Ros is currently Head of Bristol Institute for Learning and Teaching and an Associate Professor in Learning and Teaching at the University of Bristol. She is nearly at the end of a doctorate focused on the relationship between student wellbeing and academic challenge and hopes to inform curriculum design in this area.
Ros is also a National Teaching Fellow and Principal Fellow.
