Victoria Wilson-Crane has 25 years’ experience working in education in formal and non-formal settings. For the past 15 years, Vic has worked for Kaplan International, currently Senior Director of Innovative Student Learning. Leading a team of 20 in the Centre for Learning Innovation and Quality, she is principally responsible for the development of the curriculum and learning experience and quality assurance of provision for students in ten pathways colleges in the UK, with over 6,500 international students per year.
Vic has a Ph.D. in Lifelong Learning (University of Nottingham) which explored the experiences of young people in transition from school to further education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She is a Senior Fellow of SEDA and is the SEDA CPD Framework Co-ordinator, and takes responsibility for oversight of the fellowship schemes and associated CPD.
